Who is Jennifer Baker?
I am a mother of 5: ages are 48, 27, 19, 11 and 1 year old. OK...OK...OK...just kidding! I just like to include my husband and fur-baby (Tri-Red Mini Aussie) since they are the most work.
I have two daughters (27 year old minimalist, Creative and freelance photographer based in NYC and a 19 year old Diva daughter that can't make up her mind regarding Cosmetology or Pharmacy. I say: why not BOTH?) and an 11 year old son that loves to play football and is up to 50 yards passing (proud moma tone: is it obvious?). The girls think he's my favorite and my simple response depending on my temperature: He IS my favorite son or NO, he is just KIND and without LIP SERVICE. Any other parents out there understand my pain? Alright enough kid talk...
I thoroughly enjoy influencing, supporting and assisting people navigate life, obtaining goals and all things entrepreneurship and Human Resource related...ok maybe not so much Payroll, and more so to the ones that are willing to listen, want to progress (not perfection) and enjoy all the things that life has to offer! Our mind doesn't define us or does it? (we certainly don't hear that much) However, we can control our thinking and that in turn if we CHOOSE, then enables us to live our best life and THRIVE!
Tomorrow is not promised but battles are, enjoy the day as if it's your last and SPREAD THE LOVE while time permits. We all have benefited from influence and we all could use support, affirmations, encouragement and WISDOM! My life has been backwards, up, down and turned around on several occasions. My life has also not been the traditional path, but please be reminded I live with NO REGRET. I live with PURPOSE and POWER. Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I was a SURVIVOR and a HELPER! I am the People's Advocate: here to serve YOU!

Her mother (with a very thick accent-lol) will explain "she's a hard worker."

But if you ask Jennifer, with much enthusiasm, she'll say "what's there not to do, but help!" & "I have a passion for people while protecting the Employer!"
